No. IDM, iGetter, Download Accelerator Plus, and other third-party plug-ins used to accelerate the download will interfere with the server download session. Use your browser for the download directly.

Update Firefox to the latest version Firefox 18 or use a different browser, such as Safari.

Q: Why does the download keep stalling on my Chrome browser?

You can try disabling the download management extention on Chrome or simply use Safari on Mac or Internet Explorer on PC instead.

If you get the message "Access Denied" after clicking the download link, reselect the film from the pull-down menu and reenter the ticket number to start a new download session.

Q: Why do I hear only audio and see no video?

If during playback of the film, you hear only audio and don't see any video, or have other video problems, you will need to update your QuickTime  player to the latest version.

If you experience one of the symptoms below, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot your issue:

• A song or audiobook plays too fast or too slow
• The audio playback sounds scratchy or muffled

Q: Why do I get the message "Server can't be found"?

(Very rare) If you do not see any images on the page and get the message "Server can't be found" while trying to download, it indicates improper Firewall settings on the third-party router, typically Belkin. Use a different Internet Connection, or turn Firewall Off on the router (your computer still will be behind Firewall). Upgrading your router may also solve this problem. 

Q: How do I unzip the film file on my PC?

You may need to unzip this file if it is not automatically handled by your web browser. On Windows XP, right-click the downloaded zip archive and choose Extract All.

To watch movie on QuickTime Player:

From the File menu, select Open File and choose the downloaded and unarchived movie.

To watch movie on iTunes:

From the File menu, select Add to Library and add the downloaded movie.

To watch a movie on iTunes in full screen:

  1. From the iTunes (Mac OS X) or Edit (Windows) menu, select Preferences.
  2. Select Playback.
  3. From the drop-down menu next to "Play videos" or "Play movies and TV shows:", select full screen. Then click OK.

While in full screen mode, move the mouse to see the video controls. To exit full screen mode and the vodcast, press the Esc key.
